Honda has unveiled its new electric car model Honda N-One e in Japan, which will be available for sale by the end of the year. This car comes under the CEV (Clean Energy Vehicle) category, which means it will also get subsidy from the government. Recently this car was presented to the world as an attractive ‘Super EV Concept’ at the Goodwood Festival of Speed . Now that its production version has been revealed, the design has been kept more simple and use-friendly.
Honda N-One e Stylish and simple
Honda N-One e: At first glance, one gets a glimpse of old cars in it. The design has a retro touch, but its focus is on simplicity and practicality. Round shaped LED headlamps and circular DRLs have been given on the front. The bonnet of the car is made in clamshell design, which makes it easy to open. The charging and V2L port has been placed on the right side of the front, so that there is convenience in use.
The side profile features body colour door handles, dual tone ORVMs with integrated turn indicators, and black B-pillars. The wheels are small but attractive in a 6-spoke design. At the rear, the car features a wide windscreen, vertical taillamps and a simple tailgate design.

Honda N-One e: Will come in five different colors. This includes bright colors. Apart from this, classic options like Platinum White Pearl and Lunar Silver Metallic will also be available. The company has not yet shared the dimensions of the car, but since it is a Kei car , its length is expected to be less than 3,400 mm.
Interiors is on space and daily use
The interiors of this car are designed in such a way that every passenger gets ample legroom and headroom. There are a lot of physical buttons on the dashboard and center console, which makes it very easy to operate and operate. The touchscreen infotainment system also has buttons and rotary dials.
Although it does not have luxury features like wireless charging, charging facility is provided through USB port. It has a special feature – Single Pedal Control , which can be turned on by pressing a button. In this mode, the car enters braking mode as soon as the accelerator is released, which makes driving and control easier.

V2L System
Honda N-One e: There is another big surprise in this – V2L system. With its help, you can run your devices and household appliances from the car battery. You can even run your house on electricity during a power cut. However, for this, a separate V2L adapter will have to be purchased, which will be available as an official accessory from Honda. This kit will also have an LED indicator on the dashboard, so that you can see the battery status even from outside the car.
Power and Range
Honda has not yet revealed the full technical specifications of this car, but it is expected to have the same powertrain as the N-Van e:. That is, it can have a single electric motor with 64 PS. Its range on full charge can be more than 245 kilometers . And if you use a 50 kW DC charger, the battery can be charged in just 30 minutes .
Will Honda N-One e come to India:?
If seen, its design, comfort and smart features can make it a great option for India as well. This car can give birth to a new idea in the EV market – a small but powerful electric car. But at present, Honda has no plans to launch N-One e in India. The company is first focusing on a new electric SUV in India , which will be launched in 2026. Apart from this, some hybrid models are also going to be brought to India.
